Applicants are required to complete Sekolah Menengah Umum 3 (SMU3) with an average of 8.5 points in the Ujian Akhir Nasional by August 2014. For A-Levels, applicants must have attained at least three ‘A’ grades, or an equivalent grade. Applicants should demonstrate their proficiency in English, have good leadership skills, and actively participate in extra-curricular activities.
In addition to domestic students, International Graduate Student Scholarships are also available at UPM. These scholarships are awarded to students pursuing graduate studies or pre-university qualifications in priority areas that relate to UPM. International graduate students from the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia are eligible for this scholarship. These scholarships will cover six semesters of study, commencing in the First Semester of 2021/2022. If you are a Malaysian national, you may be eligible to apply for an International Graduate Student Scholarship. For international students, however, you should check the MoU that UPM has with their country of residence.
